Return & Refund Policy

Florida Digital Center, we provide custom digital marketing services and creative solutions tailored specifically to each client’s business needs. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Florida Digital Center are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Branding and logo design
  2. Website design or development
  3. Social media management
  4. Digital content creation (graphics, videos, copywriting, ads, etc.)
  5. Google Business optimization
  6. SEO services
  7. Consulting, strategy, and labor-based services

Once a project has begun, or once any creative work, strategy, media, or labor has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, either in full or in part.

Payments made under a payment plan are also non-refundable and may not be transferred, credited, or applied to future projects.

Custom Work Disclaimer

All services provided by Florida Digital Center are custom, made-to-order digital services. By purchasing our services, the client acknowledges that:

  1. Work begins immediately upon payment or contract execution
  2. Time, labor, and resources are allocated specifically to the client
  3. Creative services cannot be “returned” once started

Because of this, refunds are not possible under any circumstance once work has commenced.

Creative Differences & Termination

If a creative difference arises that cannot be resolved, either party may request to terminate the working relationship. In such cases:

  1. A written 30-day notice is required
  2. All work completed up to the termination date remains billable
  3. Any remaining balance on the account must be paid in full
  4. No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work

Termination does not release the client from payment obligations for services already rendered.

Delivery & Acceptance

Delivery of any digital assets, content, strategy, or services—whether final or partial—constitutes acceptance of work performed. Once delivery has occurred:

  1. The project is considered fulfilled
  2. No refund requests will be honored
  3. Claims based on satisfaction, preference, or performance outcomes are not grounds for a refund

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services from Florida Digital Center, the client agrees not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  1. Immediate suspension of services
  2. Legal action to recover owed funds
  3. Collection of administrative, legal, and recovery fees

Policy Updates

Florida Digital Center reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
